WHAT'S NEW IN TOURSOLVER?
Below are the latest updates to feature TourSolver, the mobile app and the API:

Summary
New configuration tab
Centralize all settings in one menu
We have added a Configuration tab in order to offer a smoother navigation in TourSolver settings. This tab offers a better visibility to the user who will find in a single menu all the features that can be configured:
- Management of organizations, users, sites, transit zones, document library
- Configuration of the mobile app, sending of messages, customer experience pages
- Integration of Webfleet connectors, webhook, email server, Salesforce.
This new tab also contains features previously found in my preferences, such as :
- Customization of activity terminology, means of transport, calculation options

Integrate a Salesforce connector
As a planner, I want to select the routes I want to optimize from my Salesforce account. Thanks to a Salesforce integrator, I can connect to my account directly from TourSolver.
At the visit file integration step I choose to upload from my Salesforce account.
By limiting the steps, I save time and limit the possible errors by the succession of imports / exports.

One menu to set up the communication to the end customers
As a planner, I want to limit the number of times I have to go back and forth between the different menus to activate and set up the sending of emails and SMS.
In the Configuration tab - Configure Message Sending menu, you start by making the sending of emails and/or SMS active in the general configuration.
You then set the message and the mode used (e-mail and/or SMS) to communicate with the end customer for each step of your visit:
- Visit slot
- Next visits
- Imminent arrival
- End of visit
- Abandon visit

Export the list of emails and SMS sent to end customers
As a scheduler I want to know when there was communication with the end customers.
From the menu Configuration tab Configure sending of messages you can access the list of sent mails and SMS. For each message you know by which resource and at what time of the visit it was sent.
You have the possibility to filter on a given period of time and to export in Excel format in order to make additional analyses.

Create a customized PDF document for end customers
As a planner I want to send a document summarizing the visit in PDF format to the end customers.
From the menu Configuration - Configure sending messages you can access the tab Document templates.
You can edit an existing document to modify it or create a new document from a pre-configured template.
You choose the information you want to display on the document. In the left margin you can see all the available blocks. By checking / unchecking the blocks will be included or not in the final document.
After defining the elements that will appear you rename the document and click on save.
The newly created document can be integrated into a message sent at the end of the visit. You just have to activate the option "Insert the PDF report of the intervention as an attachment" in the tab End of visit of the Menu Configuration for sending messages.

Integrate a URL field on the mobile application
As a planner I want to communicate to my resources information about the mobile app in the form of a URL.
A new field type is available to the association of visit data: URL.
This field is also available in the reporting part of the mobile app, and allows the planner to share a link to a URL for a visit on the mobile app of the concerned resource.

Improvement of the Optimization page
Add clients from your current simulations
As a planner, I want to be able to optimize visits from two different sources.
After integrating a standard visit file, I can select visits to be associated with my route plan from the My customers tab.

View the resource schedule in the optimization page
As a planner, I would like to view the schedule of my resources (hours, available or not) before assigning them to tours.
In order to help you decide on the most relevant resource to associate to a tour, you can now view the schedule of your resources before associating them to a tour, directly from the Optimization page.

Improvement of the fullfilment page
Customize the configuration of the fullfilment page
We have modified the realization page, so that you can display several blocks of information at the same time.
You can define the size and location of each block as it is already the case in the Optimization page.
Several blocks can be displayed according to your convenience:
- The map
- The schedule
- The list of visits (follow-up)
- The table
- The list of visits to be rescheduled
- The detail

Search for a visit that has been made
As a planner I want to quickly find the information about a visit made to a customer.
From the fullfilment page, with the name or the identifier of the customer I can access the different visits made. I can refine my search by filtering on a given period.
